The Essentials of International Travel
DOCUMENTATION: All passengers traveling abroad – regardless of age – must have proper documentation, including passports and/or visas. It is the responsibility of each passenger to secure the necessary travel documents. To ensure a smooth travel experience, we kindly request that you provide us copies of all travel documentation at least 72 hours before your departure to avoid any potential last-minute complications. Learn more about entry, exit, and visa requirements for the country you intend to visit. Please note that some countries require documentation not only for human travelers but also for their furry companions.
CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION: Although our flights remain subject to Customs procedures when entering foreign territories and upon returning to the United States, we aim to provide the smoothest possible experience with minimal disruption for travelers. One significant advantage of flying private is that Customs agents typically come to you, unlike the process for commercial air travel. Our flight crews are highly trained and well-versed in Customs procedures and will provide full assistance throughout the entire clearance process. Additionally, our strategic location at Tampa International Airport (TPA) allows us to offer U.S. Customs service at any time of the day or night. To help facilitate a quick and seamless clearance process, we request that you have all necessary documents ready upon landing.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT: We ask that you arrive at the airport 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for international travel. This additional time will allow us to verify travel documents and ensure all passengers have everything they need for a smooth experience. Remember to bring your valid identification and passport. These documents are essential to comply with security regulations and ensure a hassle-free check-in process.
