Our diverse fleet includes piston & turboprop aircraft, light and midsize jets, as well as helicopters, enabling us to cater to a wide range of aviation needs.
The Skyway Aviation Story
Our journey began in 2012 as Tampa Bay Aviation, a modest flight school with just a single helicopter. Our mission was simple: to expand accessibility to general aviation and the wonder of flight within the Tampa Bay region. In 2015, we expanded our services to include charter operations, and by 2019, we had firmly established our flight school as a cornerstone for budding aviators in our community. As we shifted our focus to enhance our charter services, Tampa Bay Aviation Flight School was sold and Skyway Aviation Services grew as its own company. Now led by Jake Cambria, Laura Taylor, Zack Taylor and Michel Caron. Over the years, we have continued to grow, doubling our fleet size. We pride ourselves on offering a broad selection of airplanes and helicopters, continuously investing in the latest technology and aircraft to ensure our clients experience the best in private air travel. Today, as an FAA Part 135-certified operation, Skyway Aviation offers a comprehensive range of services, including private jet charters, aircraft management and maintenance, sales and acquisitions, and much more. Whether you’re heading to a round of golf at Streamsong Golf Resort, avoiding traffic for a game in Orlando, or attending a business meeting in Sedona, Skyway Aviation has the capability and expertise to ensure you arrive safely, comfortably, and in style.
